When I was a kid the only car my dad ever bought was the Plymouth Fury. Growing up we had a '63, '66, and a '72. Some folks think of the Fury as just a family car but they couldn't be more wrong, the Fury was a true muscle car.

While some Furys were produced with a modest power plant for family driving other versions of the Fury were made for pure performance. The Sport Fury was the high performance version of the line and in my opinion it's one of the neatest looking muscle cars ever made (especially the 1963-69 versions).

As a teenager I bought a 1965 Plymouth Fury and lowered the front end which can easily be done by cranking the torsion bars on the front suspension. The great thing about the Fury is it's not as popular as some of the other muscle cars so you can still find nice ones at a reasonable price.
